Christmas At The Movies: Week 3 - Day 4
OPENING PRAYER:
Oh Lord, as our world goes through a crisis, we are so grateful for an opportunity to share your word and your love through our digital devices. In your son’s name I pray, Amen.
“19. Then the disciples came to Jesus in private and asked, “Why couldn’t we just drive that out?” 20. He replied, “ Because you have so little faith, I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, “Move from here to there” and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
REFLECT:
With everything happening today, our schedules are busy. We all have our troubles and problems. People can easily lose hope because of all the pain they go through. You may not want to work with your faith with all that’s going on. But God does. He doesn't ask for much. He can work with everything you have right now. He will work with you to spread his love like a wildfire. And all that takes is a little spark of faith. As it tells us in scripture, a little faith can make all the difference in the world. That’s all it takes. Just a little faith.
APPLY:
Whatever you have in life today, use that to work with God. Let him know that you are willing to be used by him in any way no matter how little your faith is.
CLOSING PRAYER:
Dear God, use be in any way you see fit and help me to be obedient to your will.
