Living With Intentionality

OPENING PRAYER:

Father, as we reflect on living with intentionality, guide us to align our lives with Your purposes. Help us to focus on what truly matters and to live each day with purpose and passion. Amen.

READ: Ephesians 5:15-17

"So be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days. Don’t act thoughtlessly, but understand what the Lord wants you to do."

Paul encourages believers to live wisely and intentionally, making the most of every opportunity. This passage calls us to discern God's will and live in a way that reflects His wisdom and purpose.

REFLECT:

Pastor Hutchison’s message highlighted the importance of living with intentionality, a theme echoed in Paul's letter to the Ephesians. Paul urges believers to be wise and discerning, making the most of every opportunity because the days are evil. This call to intentional living is a reminder that our time on earth is limited, and we must use it wisely to fulfill God's purposes.

Living with intentionality means prioritizing what truly matters—our relationship with God, our service to others, and our pursuit of His kingdom. It requires us to be mindful of how we spend our time, resources, and energy. Todd’s message challenged us to evaluate our lives and consider whether we are truly focused on what God has entrusted to us or if we are distracted by lesser things.

In our personal lives, intentional living involves setting clear priorities and goals that align with God's will. It means being proactive in our spiritual growth, seeking opportunities to serve, and being open to the leading of the Holy Spirit. By living intentionally, we position ourselves to be used by God in meaningful ways and to experience the fullness of life He desires for us.

I WILL STATEMENT:

I will invest in my _______ so that I'm ready for Jesus' return.

CLOSING PRAYER:

Lord, thank You for the call to live with intentionality. Help me to align my life with Your purposes and to make the most of every opportunity. Guide me in setting priorities that honor You and lead to spiritual growth. May my life reflect Your wisdom and love. Amen.
