A few things before you begin:

ONLY REGISTRATIONS COMPLETED BY A PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN WILL BE ACCEPTED.
This registration process will take approximately 10 minutes per student. You will not be able to save a draft of your registration, so make sure you will have the time to completely finish registration before starting.
Registration will consist of 3 parts:
1. Student Information
2. Medical Release Form
3. Fees and Payment
Please have a recent, clear digital image of your student's face available to upload.
Please gather your insurance information, date of your student's last tetanus shot, Doctor's name and phone number, emergency contact phone numbers, and your payment information.
Please be aware that full refunds will not be available this year, regardless of any cancellations, illness, or schedule changes. Your registration fees include a $130 non-refundable minimum payment. If you cancel after May 1, the entire cost is non-refundable.
